The projects had nothing in common except that they were complicated and the requirements weren’t clear at the beginning. I kept bringing him back. That says more than anything else I could write. I never had to check whether what came back was what we needed.

Press Ganey ran a weekly design huddle, about 17 people. Most people brought someone else’s website to pull apart. I brought my own, always looking to not only improve my skills but take critiques and improvements from the team around me to produce the best product possible.
