(ABOUT)
AI Product Engineer & Designer, end to end.
Design first, then the business, then the data, and now all three at once. Business analyst, product owner, designer, builder for 13 years, usually all four on the same project.
Three for three: every job expanded my scope within two months.

(NOW)
- Interviewing for AI Product Engineer and design-engineering roles. Available now.
- Stemwise and Mochi’s Jungle run part-time: designed, built, and operated nights and weekends alongside full-time work.
- Gaps I am closing: Python fluency, and shipped AI systems with real evaluation harnesses, not front-end-only builds.
01OFFER
The offer is narrow.
The domains were not: healthcare intelligence, IoT property management, nonprofit operations, my own retail SaaS. The work was the same work each time.
02WITH AI
I write the instruction and skill files that hold the coding agents I work with to a standard.
I review their output the way I would review a contractor: plausible and wrong until checked.
03REVIEWED
I put my work in front of the harshest room available, every week.
Press Ganey ran a weekly design huddle, about 17 people. Most people brought someone else’s website to pull apart. I brought my own, always looking to not only improve my skills but take critiques and improvements from the team around me to produce the best product possible.
